There is a remarkable difference in colour. Generally the deeper the older. And the eszencia is even darker and not quite clear. The aszus are really much more of a wine experience. The Disznók? winery is owned by AXA Millesimes, a French insurance company. Disznoko means pig's head since a big rock in the vineyard supposedly looks like that.
